1. Return Eligibility
You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it — with all original packaging, labels, and tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, some products such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Free Worldwide Returns
Fashionistore offers free returns on all orders worldwide.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and clear instructions on how to ship your item back.
There are no return shipping fees — you can shop with full confidence no matter where you are located.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at contact@fashionistore.store with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps and a prepaid shipping label.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Since shipping is free worldwide, no shipping cost will ever be deducted from your refund.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
5. Exchanges
If you need a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll send you a new one at no cost.
If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@fashionistore.store, and we’ll assist you right away.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately and include photos of the product and packaging.
We will verify the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your payment provider or bank.
If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at contact@fashionistore.store, and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
8. Return Shipping Address
You will receive the appropriate return address once your return request has been approved.
Please do not send returns to the address on your original package without contacting us first.
